Kneed mould the sugar paste on a veryclean work top to soften , then lightly dust the work top with icing sugar and roll to thr required thickness,
Always keep paste covered in a plastic bag or cling film when not using as it will skin quickly, and leave lumps in the finished covering, also in very humid conditions the icing can be tackey / sticky, so always use sieved icing sugar to dust table and rolling pin.
This product is made in a factory which handles ALMONDS..
We have used most of the sugar pastes on the market and have found this one to be the most plyable to use.
