Gluten Free Cake & Muffin Mix is a highly versatile mix which can carry the addition of many varities of dried fruit, lemon, lime or orange rind. This mix can also be used with the addition of ground almonds for a bakewell tart filling or the addition of cocoa powder for choclate cake or muffins.

 

Ingredients – Allergens in CAPITALS
Sugar, Potato Starch, Modified Maize Starch, Whey Powder (MILK), Raising Agents: E400, E500; Emulsifiers: E481, E472e, E475; Salt, Thickner: E415, Dried Glucose Syrup, Skimmed MILK Powder.

This mix requires the addition of EGGS & Oil.
Stored unopened in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight this product has a minimum of four months shelf life.

If you happen to add a little to much liquid, don’t worry, just fold in a little self raising gluten free flour to the batter.
