Our no added sugar mixes include a delicious, traditional oat bread mix, and a tasty spelt bread mix. These bread mixes are also suitable for vegetarians, those suffering from lactose intolerance, and a yeast free diet.
Our baking mixes have been developed in partnership with the late Professor Jan de Vries, a leading figure in the field of dietary requirements, which is something we’re very proud of.
Our aim was to create great tasting mixes which are easy to make at home, because we don’t believe our customers should compromise on the quality of their foods just because they have a particular dietary need.
